quality control, based in the HACCP method, CNC guarantees an end item of quality gotten in perfect sanitary and hygienic conditions.

The Portuguese smoked products, due to its enormous diversity, make the nacional sausage industry one of the richest, perfumed and flavorful of the world. The CNC intends to give continuity to all this tradition with its variety of smoked products with the Quinta da Marquesa brand. Although produced with sophisticated technology, guaranteeing the sanitary and hygienic quality of all the phases in the production process, the CNC preserved the original prescriptions, flavour, maturation time and cured meats techniques.
